Sound Heart

"Let my heart be sound in thy statues' that I be not ashamed."(Psalm 119:80)

A heart that is at peace with God ushers in authenticity. The authentic individual is not living their life to please others, but to please God.

"When the heart is right with God, there will be no need to be ashamed. Though you may make some mistakes and blunders, because you are human, yet, if you are sincere, shame shall not overtake you. What a blessing it is to have a sound heart!"

Let's face it, as Brene' Brown suggested, "Most of us will take messy and real over flawless and inauthentic every time."

A Sound Heart will help us be our authentic self and allow us to have peace in the midst of chaos.
